The Discovery Call is a 45-minute working conversation with MBIT Consulting - not a sales call. Bring your situation. We'll ask the right questions, help clarify the challenge, and determine the best path forward. Whether you're planning a transformation, addressing delivery challenges, exploring Al opportunities, or preparing for a major technology initiative, the goal is to leave the conversation with greater clarity and confidence.
This is also where custom Statements of Work (SOWs) begin. If your initiative doesn't fit a standard package - or you need MBIT Consulting to augment an existing project team with senior Business Analysis, Change Management, or Transformation expertise - we'll work with you to define the scope, identify the right engagement model, and determine what's needed to move forward successfully.
